Rogers, AR, October 29, 2015 (Newswire.com) – Joanna Thompson, supervisor of the Center for Chest Care and the NWA Lung Cancer Screening Program, spoke in October at The Lung Cancer Alliance Screening and Care Conference in Washington, DC.

The Lung Cancer Alliance is the only national non-profit organization dedicated to patient support and advocacy for people living with, and people at risk for, lung cancer. The purpose of the conference is to provide a platform where lung cancer screening groups can collaborate on how to improve screening and awareness programs for the at-risk population.
