Jamie Lee Aldakkour, DO

Dr. Jamie Lee Aldakkour joined Highlands Oncology as a Medical Oncologist and Hematologist. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2020 and completed a three-year residency in Internal Medicine at HCA Florida Blake Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident. She went on to complete fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology at LSU Health Shreveport and became board certified in Hematology in 2025.

 

Dr. Aldakkour has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in hematology, oncology, and internal medicine. She is also a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. She joined Highlands in 2026 and is dedicated to advancing patient care through evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives, with a focus on improving outcomes and supporting patients through every stage of treatment.

 

Dr. Aldakkour is a native Texan who enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and relaxing on the beach. She is passionate about animal rescue and has fostered numerous rescue dogs.
