Dr. Irlna Tantchou

Irlna Ingrid Tantchou, MD joined Highlands Oncology in 2020. Dr. Tantchou is a graduate of UMDNJ/ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway and Camden, New Jersey. She completed her residency at NYMC – Westchester Medical Center Valhalla, NY. She then went on to complete fellowships in colorectal and minimally invasive surgery at the University of Texas at Houston and St Vincent Hospital-Allegheny Network. Dr. Tantchou is from Cameroon, a country in Central Africa. She has three sisters, all of whom are physicians. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her family. She is an active volunteer in her community and is fluent in French and Bangangte.
