Chief Clinical Officer
Tracy Thurow, RN, OCN, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Highlands Oncology Group, where she leads efforts to integrate clinical excellence into every aspect of patient care. With deep roots in oncology nursing and clinical services, Tracy plays a central role in elevating standards of care across the organization.
In addition to her executive role, she co-leads advocacy efforts as Director of Clinical Services for the Community Oncology Alliance’s Patient Advocacy Network (CPAN) local chapter, launched by Highlands Oncology in June 2025. In that capacity, she helped organize the inaugural CPAN chapter event in Springdale alongside CEO Jeff Hunnicutt and other clinical leaders, underscoring her commitment to giving patients a stronger voice in policy and care delivery.
Tracy also serves on the leadership committee of the Arkansas Breast Cancer Specialists, a collaborative team focused on breast cancer detection and treatment excellence. As part of that committee, she helps oversee their National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC)-accredited programs, contributing to standards achieved in 2016, 2019, and again in 2023.
Based in Fayetteville, Arkansas, Tracy Thurow combines clinical expertise, advocacy, and collaborative leadership to improve patient outcomes and champion high-quality oncology care across Northwest Arkansas.
