This number is answered 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
During office hours, our operators will answer your call and direct you to the correct person or will take a message. After hours, this same number is answered by the evening call service, with messages directed to the provider on call.

We ask that you always call us FIRST
before going to the emergency room.

Your care team at Highlands is more familiar with your current
treatment and will be able to better triage your condition.

However, if you are having a medical emergency such as
shortness of breath, chest pain, etc.–
please proceed straight to the ER.

Referring Physicians

At Highlands Oncology, we value our partnerships with referring providers and are committed to ensuring your patients receive seamless, coordinated, and compassionate cancer care. Our goal is to make the referral process as straightforward and efficient as possible—so your patients can get the care they need without delay.

Referrals can be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • Patient demographics and contact information
  • Copy of insurance card(s)
  • Relevant medical records, imaging, and pathology reports
  • Recent lab results
