The Billing Office at Highlands Oncology understands that finances can be a great concern for many of our patients. We have several different departments within the Billing Office to assist you with your financial needs.
Patient Assistance Office
Patient assistance programs are available for uninsured or under insured patients. These programs are based upon need; patients must apply for assistance with our patient assistance representative. This program can get your drugs replaced, thereby reducing out of pocket expenses. If you qualify for our Patient Assistance Program, it is imperative that you communicate regularly with the Patient Assistance Representatives letting them know if there are any changes in your treatments, medications you are being given, or your insurance or financial status.
