Healthcare compliance is an industry focused on Medicare fraud. Compliance professionals stem from a variety of vocations including: coding, medical recording, nursing, medical practice, law, government and more. Compliance professionals are responsible for ensuring that health care providers follow the federal, state and local regulations that govern healthcare implementation.
The Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) founded the Compliance Certification Board (CCB) in 1998 to develop criteria for the determination of competence in the practice of healthcare compliance at a variety of levels and to recognize individuals meeting these criteria.
As the leading cancer treatment and research facility in Northwest Arkansas, Highlands Oncology is dedicated to the advancement of cancer treatment and to providing patients with the best possible care and results.
Highlands Oncology congratulates Amber Kandur for this milestone achievement!
