Highlands uses a Mobile Check-In platform called Phreesia, which will save you time on the day of your visit.
You will be prompted via text and / or email to complete the following tasks using your mobile device days before your appointment:
confirm or cancel appointments
complete required paperwork
submit co-pays
If you are unable to use your cell phone for this service – no worries! Our team is always available in clinic for further assistance. Please just be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete these tasks.
